1. Prepare your base
Do not forget to add some screen layers if your base is too dark

2. New layer - 3B2E25 - Exclusion 100%

3. Duplicate base, drag this copy to the top, set to Soft Light 100%

4. New layer - E1E1E1 - Color Burn 100%

5. Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Selective Color

Reds
-100; 0; +100; +39

Yellows
-88; 0; 0; 0

6. Selective Color again

Reds
-45; 0; 0; 0

Yellows
0; 0; -27; 0

Neutrals
+43; 0; 0; 0

7. Add this texture >> [показать] Set to Multiply 100%

8. Now add text/textures. I desided to make my icon a lil bit artsy by adding that little rectangular & light texture ^_~
