1.start with your base.

2. duplicate your base and set it to screen 50%. then make a new hue/saturation layer and set the saturation up to +15.

3. make a new selective color layer. this are the settings:

reds: cyan: -100     magenta:+100     yellow:+100     black:-10

neutrals: cyan:+65     magenta:-10     yellow:-30

click ok.

4.then make a new hue/saturation layer. set the saturation up to +25 and set the lightness to +3

5. add a new level layer.
channel:RGB
input levels: 20    1,08   255
click ok.
