Arcana turn another page in the book of their outstanding career: Raspail is a sublime meeting between the old and the new – as before featuring many instruments that vary the music - but this time the vocals parts are more spatial and atmospheric. The medieval sound from Dark Age Of Reason and Cantar De Procella is there, together with the majestic sounds from The Last Embrace alongside the serene notes from Inner Pale Sun and the oriental instruments from Le Serpent Rouge. Blend all of these with the new sound once again created by Peter Bjargo and you have Raspail, the next chapter in the book of Arcana.
