This dude kills. First time I did the 10 minute workout I was as good as dead after and I skipped half of exercises, after a week I could do all of them without being half-dead in the end. Well, now I did the 30 minutes workout and skipped all the hard stuff and guess what....I can't even stand and my hands are shaking...apparently I have a thousand muscles in my legs I wasn't even aware of....and they'll be swearing at me tomorrow
