Despite that Andrew has no solid background as a Systems Administrator I'm very impressed by his ability to learn things quickly and to use the learnt techniques as appropriate and when they are needed. Moreover, with each day I'm seeing his work he advances in all IT areas and spots some details which others have missed. Andrew has a good knowledge of Linux and computer networks, and he is working hard to master his skills. If you have an opportunity to work with Andrew I think it's a perfect chance to get a good team worker while his rate is affordable, don't miss this gem :)
