P.s. 10 минут ломал мозг, чтобы перевести всего лишь одно предложение из договора купли-продажи:

In the event the Vendor informs the Buyer on the delay and at the same time enquires from the Buyer if the Buyer would accept delivery at a later specified date, or in the event the Vendor informs the Buyer that it shall perform delivery at a later date and the Buyer fails to respond to such enquiries and/or information from the Vendor within three (3) working days thereof, the Vendor shall be deemed to have lost its right to annul this Agreement if the Vendor were to perform delivery by that later date informed to the Buyer.
