Kate Moss and Pete Doherty are apparently planning to charter a private boat to take them and their pals to the Isle of Wight festival.

The Babyshambles frontman - who is said to be excited about seeing the Rolling Stones perform at the event in June - is also apparently keen for his former Libertines bandmate Carl Barat to join him on the boat and at the three-day event, reports the Daily Star.

The pair made friends earlier this year after a lengthy feud.

A source told the paper: "Pete was thrilled when he and Carl publicly buried the hatchet at the Hackney Empire show. He wants them to build on that and keep hanging out together. And when Kate said she was sorting out a boat like she did last year, he thought it was the perfect chance to invite him along."
