QA Specialist (Team Lead) 1200-3000 USD
Требуются как специалисты в области тестирования (обеспечения качества), так и люди, способные возглавить команду (Team Lead). QA Team Lead будет управлять группой из 2-х и более QA Specialist-ов, занятых в разных проектах внутри компании. Также есть потребность в QA Project Manager-ах, которые смогут возглавить проект в области обеспечения качества.

QA Specialist:

Requirements: Potential candidate must possess:

* 1 years of experience in QA
* Practical knowledge of QA processes and technologies
* Skills to create valid test plans without direct help from developers
* Understanding of Development and QA processes. Ability to build QA from the very beginning.

QA Team Lead:

Requirements: Potential candidate must possess:

* 3 years of experience in QA, at least 6 months as a QA manager, or QA group leader.
* Practical knowledge of QA processes and technologies, especially in automated regression testing
* Skills to create valid test plans without direct help from developers
* Good Spoken English
* Good management, communication skills.
* Experience as a QA Lead tester.
* Understanding of Development and QA processes. Ability to build QA from the very beginning.

Any of the following is a plus:

Background in Unix scripting
Background in relational databases, especially Oracle
Knowledge of Rational testing tools


Salary 1200-2500 USD
