What is "pizdets"?
Does anyone know?
Where does he come from,
And where does he go?...

... And does he have fun with the millions of children he meets every day?

I was asked those questions by someone, who doesn't speak Russian. And had absolutely no idea what to answer.
And then, i kept thinking on the explanation of “pizdets”…
It is obviously a universal concept, for it is applicable to any situation, and it is possible to describe absolutely everything with this word. So, I’d rather give such situations. For example, you are in icq, or in skype, and your boss also is in your contacts there. And you write to some of your friends: “oh, my boss is such an idiot, he doesn’t know I use this icq for chatting with all my friends, and this idiot thinks I’m working!” and you send it to your boss, by mistake. What awaits you is pizdets.
Or, another example: you are studying one language for 15 years, and another one – for 3 years. You are able to think in the first language and forget words from your native language more often. And all of a sudden, you realize, that the word you are looking for, ЛОСЬ, is known to you in a second language, and in first – you’ve got no clue. Also, pizdets!
You are walking in the forest and accidentally meet an angry bear. You may, of course say “preved!” to each other, but actually, pizdets to you – the bear is angry and hungry!
When you accidentally drop a TVset from your window on a 13th floor – pizdets to the TV set – it will not be repaired, for sure!

Well, who can add what to these explanations? Maybe someone can think of some English analogs?
