возраста нет. кризис возможен

скажи мне предпосылки и я поделюсь опытом. у меня и того и другого пАлно

в кратце: все есть- цели нет

бывает и хуже, например: есть всё кроме денег и совести.

а насчёт цели - cognosce te ipsum. если память не изменяет. иди-ка ты в морг - осознай бренность жизни. я когда журналистом был (ха-ха, коллега) ходил в морг якобы чтобы про них писать. а на самом деле смотрел на оторванные головы и туловища подснежников и ждал озарения о бренности сущего. иногда находило. правда потом быстро забывается. надо сосредотачиваться. кстати, журналистику (в Ъ) я бросил потому что уже выворачивало на клаву. продавать трусы намного честнее. чем продавать душу.

я , знаешь, такая роза- по моргам не хожу. Занимаюсь чистым, как аптека, телевидением. Дело не в журналистике- дело в планах. их нет.

ты такая умная роза. люблю умных женщин. дело точно не в журналистике. всё равно попробуй сходить в морг. так делают буддисты. посмотришь на мир глазами его (Морга) обитателей, может и планы увидишь.

а, вообще, жениться тебе пора. твои планы - это родить детей. тут и в морг ходить не надо

3.1 Down Payment
Down payment in the sum of EURO 414.000.- (four hundred fourteen thousand EURO) is made by the Letter of Credit immediately after signing of the contract. Payment will be made upon presentation of the following documents by the Seller:
1. The invoice for an advance payment - 1 original;

3.2 First intermediate payment
First intermediate payment of the total contractual value amounting to EURO 276.000.- (two hundred seventy six thousand EURO) will be done by irrevocable documentary Letter of Credit opened not later than 2 months after the down payment.

Payment under the Letter of Credit will be made after presentation by the Seller of the following documents:
1. The invoice with a receipt of the Seller about reception of down payment - 1 original;

3.3 Second intermediate payment
Second intermediate payment of the total contractual value amounting to EURO 276.000.- (two hundred seventy six thousand EURO) will be done by irrevocable documentary Letter of Credit opened not later than 2 weeks before the dispatch of the Equipment from the Sellers’s factory.

Payment under the Letter of Credit will be made after presentation by the Seller of the following documents:
1. The act of provisional acceptance of the equipment signed by the Parties of the Contract - 1 original;
2. A full set of transport documents – 1 copy;
3. The Packing list - 1 copy;
4. The Certificate of an origin of Commercial and Industrial Chamber of the country of the manufacturer - 1 original and 1 copy;
5. Export declaration EX1– 1 copy

The list of the documents, giving by the Seller to the executing Bank will be coordinated mutually and in-time before opening of the letter of credit.


3.4 Final payment
The final payment for the equipment in the sum of EURO 414.000.- (four hundred fourteen thousand EURO) will be done by irrevocable documentary Letter of Credit opened not later than 2 weeks before the dispatch of the Equipment from the Sellers’s factory simultaneously with the opening of the Letter of Credit for the second intermediate payment.

Payment will be made after 180 days after signing by the both parties of the Contract the Act of the final acceptance of tests and commissioning of the Equipment on the territory of the Buyer and by presentation by the Seller of the following documents:
1. The invoice covering The final payment of the contractual amount together with a confirmation of the Seller about reception of the second intermediate payment - 1 original
2. Act of the final acceptance of tests and commissioning of the Equipment on the territory of the Buyer signed by both parties of the Contract - 1 original

3.4 Currency of the contract - борзые щенки

Тоже мне доктор-врач. в том-то вся история- не хочу пока женится и детей. а все кричат: "Замуж, дура, и рожай немедленно!" А мне хочется медленно и безответственно.. вплоть до морга

конешно бывает. у меня скоро будет. опка еще я не осознала до конца. у моей сестры и 2 подруг конкретный кризис среднего возраста. им перевалило за 35. и все. песец.

и что, в чем он выражается? Как выступает сестра? И может ли быть преждевременный кризис среднего возраста? Мне далеко до 35..
