I work on Japanese company NMB Minebea Ltd. On behalf of their division in Germany, NMB-Minebea-GmbH. In Russia very few people knows production of this company because it only starts to do the first steps in the Russian market. Besides to have to work with our Russian dealer, the employee whose I and I am, through which pass all deliveries (because will agree to buy easier to people in the homeland). There are same distributors it is more favourable to them to buy in the Europe, to bring, растаможить and to sell here for roubles, actually such practice and is observed at us in Russia. In the Europe no problems are present to buy on conditions Ex-Work to the end user because it is more favourable to buy the goods without margins of the dealer. And considering German mentality not simply to work with them, as to pricing for avoidance of difficulties with customs. Here a rule: all on чесному, differently us will close! And then being the new employee only typing experience in a similar sort of activity, constantly you meet new difficulties, it even tempers, does more strongly, but workmanship of inquiry and efficiency for the client on the other hand is worse, it is a minus. Ух.. Heavy. Who collided with the similar beginning of career, share experience or advice, I shall be glad.
